Hi Koos, AG and Big Star Employees,
Have you ever permanently deleted an email from your deleted items folder that you later realized you needed? Did you know you can recover that email, if you deleted it less than 14 days ago?

HOW TO RECOVER PERMANENTLY DELETED EMAILS |

Click on the FOLDER tab at the top of Microsoft Outlook Click on RECOVER DELETED ITEMS |

The RECOVER DELETED ITEMS window will open |

ITEM SELECTION You Can Select ALL Mail Items OR You Can Select One Item |
ACTIONS You Can Recover Selected Items OR You Can Purge Selected Items |

TIME LIMIT On Deleted Emails Deleted emails will remain in your Deleted Items Folder indefinitely. TIME LIMIT On Permanently Deleted Emails Emails that you permanently delete from your Deleted Items Folder, will be recoverable for 14 days from the date they were permanently deleted. |
