Retail Store Managed Print Services - Contact Numbers

Hi AG Retail Store Staff:

 

Attached is the list of contacts for each store for your Managed Print Services. The services listed below are covered by our Managed Print Services contract and we are not billed extra for them.

 

You will contact your service provider listed or Promac if:

  1. Your printer needs to be serviced
  2. Your printer is broken
  3. Your printer is not working
  4. Your printer is giving you an error message
  5. Your copies/prints have lines or markings printing on them that should not be there
  6. Your scans have lines or markings on them that should not be there
  7. You need toner
  8. You need back up toner (All stores should have at least one back up toner of each color at all times)

 

Make sure that your store’s printer is always in working order and do not hesitate to contact a service provider any time you need to Monday through Friday. Do not contact service providers on weekends.
